The paperclip necklace is a bit cheap looking but only up close. Lobster claw closure is a little dark and tarnished. They included a cleaning cloth. One side is the letter and a heart on the opposite side. Cute little gem at the ends that hang in the back.I’m happy with purchaseI gave it 4 stars because it not that shiny.It does look exactly like the pictures. I got a few compliments when I wore it for a couple days. After the third day, my neck got really itchy, i’ve worn necklaces from amazon before so i know it was just my sensitivity to jewelry.
